Assisted Living is an ideal option for seniors who need additional assistance with their daily activities but do not require 24-hour skilled nursing care. At The Oasis, we provide two levels of Assisted Living services: Supervisory Care and Personal Care.
Before admission, our Assisted Living Manager will assess each resident to create a customized service plan to best fit their needs.
Supervisory Care | Assisted Living Services
In Supervisory Care, certified caregivers provide basic assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Typically, residents receiving this level of care are able to ambulate without staff assistance, communicate their needs, and make safety decisions appropriately.
Supervisory Care Monthly Rates Include:

| Monthly vitals & weight checks | Weekly laundry & housekeeping (includes linens) |
| Utilities, cable TV, phone (long-distance extra) | Daily room touch-up (bed making, trash take out) |

Personal Care | Assisted Living Services
Personal Care includes all services provided in Supervisory Care listed above, with increased assistance with activities of daily living. Certified caregivers provide medication assistance by confirming orders, checking dosages, and observing/documenting residents taking their medications.
Personal Care Monthly Rates Include:
