Assisted Living Services Provided

We are licensed to provide both Supervisory and Personal Care Assisted Living services. Our programs include three meals a day plus one snack, planned social activities, and certified caregivers on staff 24 hours a day. Each resident wears an emergency call button that alerts the caregivers that the resident needs help when activated.

Other Assisted Living services include:

• Housekeeping and laundry service once a week
• Medication monitoring and assistance with activities of daily living
• Service Coordinator on staff

Supervisory Care:

In Supervisory Care, our certified caregivers provide some assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry. Residents receiving Supervisory Care services must be able to ambulate without staff assistance, toilet, bathe & dress independently, and communicate needs and make safety decisions appropriately.

Personal Care:

In Personal Care, our certified caregivers provide moderate assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming and dressing, incontinence management, and medication reminders. Residents receiving Personal Care services must be able to summon assistance and communicate care needs to staff.

The head or co-head of the household must meet HUD age restrictions of 62 or older and meet certain State & Federal guidelines to qualify.
