Assisted Living in Mesa
The Oasis at Fellowship Square
Choosing the right assisted living community is an important decision for you and your loved ones. At The Oasis Assisted Living, we provide a warm and welcoming environment where support is thoughtfully integrated into daily life, empowering residents to stay engaged, connected, and independent.
Three Levels of Assisted Living Care
Assisted Living at The Oasis is designed to support daily needs while encouraging independence.
We offer three levels of Assisted Living services: Essential, Enhanced, and Elite. Each provides increasing levels of assistance with daily activities, such as ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting menu items, eating, and medication administration.
Thoughtful Care Planning from Day One
To ensure each resident receives the appropriate level of support, we begin with a personalized, one-on-one assessment with our nurse prior to admission. This helps us understand individual needs, preferences, and daily routines before move-in day.
Once the appropriate service level is determined, the nurse will review the personalized care plan with the resident and their representative at the time of admission, ensuring everyone feels informed, comfortable, and supported.
Residents may also receive skilled nursing services through a licensed home health agency or hospice care, allowing care to be coordinated seamlessly while remaining part of our community.
Assisted Living Services Include:
A Connected, Engaging Community
Life at The Oasis Assisted Living goes beyond care. Residents enjoy a welcoming community with opportunities to stay active, social, and engaged, whether that’s through wellness programs, creative activities, shared meals, or simply spending time with neighbors who quickly become friends.
Families often tell us that one of the most significant differences they notice is the sense of belonging their loved one feels.
“Living here has changed me from a recluse to an outgoing, happy individual. My family has told me they’re grateful I made the decision to move here.” — Robert N.
AI-Powered Fall Prevention
At The Oasis Assisted Living at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa, safety and independence go hand in hand. As a Helpany Certified Community, we're proud to use innovative technology that enhances resident safety, quality care, and peace of mind.
Helpany's AI-powered fall prevention system, known as "Paul," continuously monitors gait, sleep, and movement patterns to detect potential fall risks or changes in condition. Paul works without cameras or microphones, instead utilizing AI technology to ensure that each resident's privacy and dignity are always respected. If something seems out of the ordinary, our care team is alerted immediately, enabling us to respond quickly when residents need help.
