Thoughtful Care Planning from Day One
We offer three levels of Assisted Living services designed for our residents' needs: Essential, Enhanced, and Elite.
To ensure each resident receives the appropriate level of support, we begin with a personalized, one-on-one assessment with our nurse prior to admission. This helps us understand individual needs, preferences, and daily routines before move-in day.
Once the appropriate service level is determined, the nurse will review the personalized care plan with the resident and their representative at the time of admission, ensuring everyone feels informed, comfortable, and supported.
As their needs change over time, our team works closely with each resident and their family to adjust services so they can continue living safely and comfortably in their apartment.
Essential Services | Level 1
With Essential Services, certified caregivers provide support with everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, and personal care. Residents receiving this level of support are generally able to move about independently, communicate their needs, and make safe decisions while enjoying an active and connected lifestyle.
Enhanced Services | Level 2
With Enhanced Services, residents receive all the support included in Essential Services, along with additional assistance tailored to their individual needs. Certified caregivers may provide increased support with mobility, personal care, and medication management, helping residents maintain their comfort, confidence, and independence.
Elite Services | Level 3
With Elite Services, residents receive a higher level of personalized assistance throughout the day. Certified caregivers provide support with mobility, personal care, dining, medication management, and other daily routines, ensuring residents receive the care they need while continuing to participate in community life.

Helpany's AI-powered fall prevention system, known as "Paul," continuously monitors gait, sleep, and movement patterns to detect potential fall risks or changes in condition. Paul works without cameras or microphones, instead utilizing AI technology to ensure that each resident's privacy and dignity are always respected. If something seems out of the ordinary, our care team is alerted immediately, enabling us to respond quickly when residents need help.

Private Studio and One-Bedroom Assisted Living Apartments
We offer a selection of private assisted living apartments designed to make everyday living simpler, safer, and more comfortable, without sacrificing convenience or personal space. Each apartment features its own kitchenette, wood flooring, and vaulted ceilings, creating an open and airy feel. Spacious, accessible bathrooms offer several details to enhance resident safety, including a walk-in/roll-in shower and a fold-down shower bench.

Assisted Living Services
Following a personalized assessment with our nurse, a resident’s level of service is established to ensure the right support is in place. The monthly service rate is then added to the base rate of their chosen apartment.

One-Time Fees Due Upon Move-in:
- Community Fee (non-refundable): $2,000
- Security Deposit (refundable): $500
- Credit/Background Check (non-refundable): $30.00/person
