Francisca Ancheyta

Facilities Director

Francisca has been part of the Fellowship Square family since 2009, and her journey here is nothing short of inspiring. She began as a Housekeeper, moved into the Facilities Manager Assistant role, and then stepped into the Housekeeping Supervisor role when the opportunity opened.

Her leadership and genuine commitment to both staff and residents didn’t go unnoticed. In 2020, she was promoted to Human Resources Director, and in 2023, she transitioned once again, this time into her current role as Facilities Director.

Francisca says one of her favorite parts of the job is working alongside such dedicated teams and seeing how much our residents appreciate even the smallest moments of kindness. A smile, a quick hello, a helping hand - those are the things that motivate her every day.
