Michael leads our Dining Services team with a mix of creativity, high standards, and genuine care for the people he serves. He’s responsible for crafting crowd-pleasing menus, delivering top-tier customer service, and supporting the ongoing training of our dedicated dining staff.

You’ll find him everywhere - from the hustle of the kitchen to the energy of the dining room and working alongside his team to make sure every meal feels special for our residents and their guests. Michael also partners with other departments to bring campus events to life, including live entertainment, themed dinners, holiday celebrations, and other community gatherings.
