As Sales Director, Tracey leads with a simple belief: every senior and every family deserves guidance rooted in compassion, integrity, and genuine understanding.  

Her team specializes in helping families navigate one of life’s most important and emotional decisions—finding the right care solution for their loved one. Tracey is committed to building and mentoring a high-performing sales team that prioritizes listening first, educating with clarity, and guiding with empathy. Her role is to ensure that every interaction reflects our mission—whether we are supporting a resident transitioning to a new level of care or helping a family find peace of mind.

Having spent several years as a family caregiver and working in the home care and senior living industries, Tracey has a personal connection to what family members experience and deep compassion for seniors as they struggle to maintain their independence.  She says that the best part of her job at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa is running into residents who once resistant to the idea of senior living, have found new purpose and become one of it's biggest advocates.  

Tracey and her husband are active with dog rescue groups and live in Chandler, AZ with their beloved foster-fails. They enjoy spending time with adult kids & grandchildren on the weekends.  Tracey is also an avid painter - working mostly in water media.
