ALTCS Tax Credit

Reduce your state Income Taxes!

The ALTCS Manor IV Assisted Living Program is eligible for The Arizona Charitable Tax Credit.

For the past 21 years, Christian Care Mesa Manor IV has been providing the ‘very poor’ Seniors in the East Valley a safe, secure place to call home.

To qualify for ALTCS Manor IV, seniors must have less than $2,000 in assets and make less than $2,161 monthly.

Your tax credit donation will help provide our ALTCS Manor IV Assisted Living Program seniors with transportation, eyeglasses, hearing aids, dental care, and other personal care items.

Anyone who owes Arizona state income taxes may claim this Charitable Tax Credit. This tax credit can be used in addition to the Private or Public School or Foster Care tax credit. Any combination of these five tax credits can be claimed each tax year.

Anyone who owes Arizona income tax can claim any or all of these credits when donating to qualified organizations:

I love living in a community where my friends appreciate my sense of humor:  10,000 Swedes came thru the weeds chased by one Norwegian.  The dust from the weeds and sweat from the Swedes made snuff for the one Norwegian.

I enjoy riding the bus to and from medical appointments.  I don't have to think about where to go or park my car.  And I love the drivers, they are so patient and kind.

I am so happy that I am living at Fellowship Square.  The food is wonderful and I can play bridge whenever I want.
