Alix Weaver
Alix Weaver is a Human Resources professional with more than a decade of experience in building engaged workplaces, developing employees, and fostering positive organizational cultures. She began her career in Human Resources in 2014 and most recently spent five years with ADP, where she partnered with organizations across a variety of industries, providing expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, talent management, and HR best practices.
Today, Alix brings that experience to Fellowship Square, where she is passionate about supporting employees who dedicate their careers to serving older adults. She believes that investing in people through education, leadership development, and meaningful workplace culture creates stronger teams and exceptional resident care.
Alix earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, Northridge, her Profession in Human Resource license in 2015, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist in Group Benefits Administration in 2020, and Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional in 2022
Outside of work, Alix enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their two children, Ethan and Claire. She serves as a Sunday school teacher, volunteers as a room parent, and is actively involved in her community as a PEO member for 17 years as of 2026. She also enjoys health and fitness challenges and has recently completed two Spartan Races alongside her husband. Whether mentoring leaders, supporting employees, or volunteering in her community, Alix is passionate about helping others grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.
