Monica Gollihur has over 30 years of experience in senior living, She has had opportunities to work in many different areas in the senior living industry. She started as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant and found positions that enhanced her experience to serving our aging populations. Throughout her career she has been in leadership roles, operational, and community engagement. Her background includes hands-on care, managing daily operations, developing and facilitating events, analyzing performance data, mentoring staff, and fostering partnerships with community organizations.

She brings a strong commitment to professional growth and team development, continually working to foster supportive learning communities where every employee can reach their full potential and every resident has a truly exceptional place to call home. She leads by example, modeling the values and behaviors that align with our organizational goals and cultivating a workplace culture rooted in collaboration, shared values, and measurable outcomes where both staff and residents thrive. She truly feels blessed with the opportunity to work at Fellowship Square-Mesa as together we align in our core values.
