I love living in a community where my friends appreciate my sense of humor: 10,000 Swedes came thru the weeds chased by one Norwegian. The dust from the weeds and sweat from the Swedes made snuff for the one Norwegian.

I enjoy riding the bus to and from medical appointments. I don't have to think about where to go or park my car. And I love the drivers, they are so patient and kind.

Naomi Hartmann is a dedicated senior living professional with more than 37 years of experience in healthcare and a deep commitment to serving older adults. She currently serves as Assisted Living Director at Fellowship Square Mesa. She is committed to creating an environment where residents thrive through compassionate care, meaningful engagement, and exceptional care.

An Assisted Living Manager and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Naomi earned her degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and older adults, and has developed expertise in person-centered care, dementia support, team leadership, and resident quality of life.

Naomi’s passion for senior living stems from her belief that every individual deserves dignity, purpose, and opportunities for meaningful connection. She is recognized for her ability to build strong teams, foster positive resident experiences, and lead with both professionalism and heart.

Originally from Wisconsin, Naomi and her husband, Scott, made Arizona their home in 1991. Outside of work, they enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and spending time with their rescue dogs. Naomi considers it a privilege to serve seniors and their families and remains dedicated to enhancing the lives of those entrusted to her care.
