No two people need exactly the same kind of support. That’s why Assisted Living at The Oasis begins with understanding you — your needs, preferences, routines, and the areas where a little help could make everyday life easier.
Our team works with you and your family to determine the appropriate level of support and develop a personalized care plan. Assistance may include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, medication management, and other activities of daily living.
As your needs change, your care plan changes with you, helping you continue to receive the right support while maintaining as much independence as possible.
Three Levels of Assisted Living Services
Our three levels of Assisted Living services enable us to provide the right amount of support based on each resident’s needs, with the flexibility to adjust services as those needs change. Before admission, our Assisted Living Manager completes a personalized assessment to determine the appropriate level of care and support. From there, a monthly service plan is determined, and that rate is added to the base rate of their apartment, ensuring the right level of support is always in place.
Essential
Designed for residents who are largely independent and benefit from occasional assistance with certain activities of daily living.
Enhanced
Provides additional assistance for residents who need more regular support with personal care, mobility, medication management, or other daily needs.
Elite
Offers a higher level of assistance for residents with more extensive daily support needs while continuing to encourage independence and participation in everyday life.

The Oasis offers comfortable Assisted Living apartments designed to provide privacy, convenience, and easy access to the support and amenities available throughout the community.
Your total monthly cost is based on the apartment you select and the level of Assisted Living services included in your personalized care plan.
How Is Assisted Living Pricing Calculated?
Your Base Monthly Rate is determined by the apartment and floor plan you select. Before admission, each resident completes a personal assessment with our Assisted Living Manager to help us understand their unique needs. From there, a monthly service plan is determined, ensuring the right level of support is always in place. Together, these amounts determine your Total Monthly Cost.
What Does the Assisted Living Base Monthly Rate Include?
The Assisted Living Base Monthly Rate at The Oasis includes your apartment along with a variety of services, amenities, and conveniences designed to make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.Some of these services and amenities include:

Paul works without cameras or microphones, instead utilizing AI technology to ensure that each resident's privacy and dignity are always respected.
