Three levels of Assisted Living services
Every resident’s journey is unique. That’s why The Oasis offers three levels of Assisted Living services: Essential, Enhanced, and Elite, each tailored to meet changing needs with flexibility and understanding.
Our Assisted Living Manager conducts an assessment before admission to ensure each resident receives the right level of support from day one, and adjustments can be made if needs change over time.

LEVEL 1
Essential Services
With Essential services, our certified caregivers provide light assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry. Residents receiving Essential services must be able to ambulate without staff assistance, toilet, bathe, and dress independently, communicate needs, and make safety decisions appropriately.

LEVEL 2
Enhanced Services
Enhanced services provide moderate assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming and dressing, incontinence management, and medication reminders. Residents receiving Enhanced services must be able to summon help and communicate care needs to staff.

LEVEL 3
Elite Services
Elite services provide a higher level of assistance with activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting menu items in the dining room, and medication management. Residents who require Elite services may be unable to recognize danger, summon assistance, or make basic care decisions.

How Assisted Living Pricing Works
Our Assisted Living pricing includes two components: the monthly base rate for your apartment and the service rate, which is based on your individual care needs.
Understanding Your Monthly Assisted Living Cost
Your Base Monthly Rate is determined by the apartment home you choose and includes a variety of everyday services and amenities designed for comfort and convenience.
Your Monthly Service Rate reflects the level of Assisted Living support identified through your assessment and personalized care plan.
Together, these amounts determine your Total Monthly Cost.

Our private studio apartments offer high ceilings, kitchenettes, spacious bathrooms, walk-in showers, and safety bars for added support. Each residence is created to provide comfort, accessibility, and privacy within a secure community setting.

The Oasis Assisted Living is proud to be a Helpany-Certified Community, using advanced technology to support residents' safety and independence.
This AI-powered fall prevention system, nicknamed “Paul,” monitors gait, sleep patterns, and movement to help identify changes in condition or increased fall risk - without cameras. If something appears out of the ordinary, our care team is notified immediately — allowing us to respond proactively and provide support when it’s needed most.
