This option is available for a limited number of our Model A, one-bedroom/one-bath apartments. While the monthly rent includes fewer amenities than our traditional Independent Living package, residents can add extra services anytime!
Simply put, Simply Independent allows you to customize your senior living experience by choosing only the amenities and services that matter most to you, giving you more control over your monthly budget.
