Human Resources Manager

Fotine joined the Christian Care/Fellowship Square team in 2025. Her expertise lies in employee relations and labor and employment law, where she focuses on supporting staff, fostering their growth, and ensuring a positive work environment, all while upholding and protecting the organization’s values and interests.

Fotine holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership.

Fluent in Greek, with beginner proficiency in Spanish and Egyptian Arabic, Fotine is a proud mother of three, two biological and one gained through marriage, and a joyful grandmother to one granddaughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family and has a passion for ballroom and country dancing.
