Jason Gurash
Vice President of Operations
Jason joined the Christian Care Fellowship Square family in July 2026 as Vice President of Operations for Fellowship Square Phoenix, bringing more than 21 years of senior living leadership experience across the United States and Canada.
His career in senior living began in 2005, when he transitioned from the Vancouver real estate market to join Avenir Lifestyles and Avenir Senior Living at its Vancouver, Canada headquarters. During his first five years with Avenir, Jason served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing senior living communities throughout Western Canada while also providing leadership across construction, design, finance, and accounting.
Over the years, Jason has held regional and executive leadership roles supporting independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities throughout the United States and Canada. His experience includes opening eight new communities, strengthening operations, developing programs and policies, and leading sales and marketing efforts. He has also overseen inpatient behavioral health operations in Surprise, Arizona.
Throughout his career, Jason has focused on creating communities where residents feel supported and connected, families feel confident in the services their loved ones receive, and team members have the leadership and resources they need to serve residents well. He brings that experience and perspective to Fellowship Square Phoenix, helping ensure the community continues to be a welcoming place residents are proud to call home.
Jason holds a Marketing & Sales Force Management Diploma and Real Estate and Mortgage Broker licenses from the University of British Columbia.
Jason has been married to his wife, Nicole, for 26 years, and they have three sons. His favorite Scripture is Romans 8:38–39, “And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
