Skilled Nursing is an integral piece of the full continuum of senior living options we offer on the Phoenix campus.
At Christian Care Health Center, we provide skilled rehabilitation and long-term care. Comfortable rooms, nutritious meals, and individualized activities come together to create a home-like atmosphere.
We accept Medicare, ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) and most managed care insurance plans.
Because everyone’s healthcare needs are different, we will consider admission for all inquiries. Unfortunately, there are some instances in which we may not be able to accept an admission.
Some possible reasons for denial include:
- Resident has an insurance plan that we do not contract with
- Dementia/Alzheimer’s needs - the Health Center is not a secured unit
- Combative behaviors
- Complex medical conditions at the time of hospital discharge

Rooms and Community Amenities
We offer both private and semi-private rooms, all of which have private bathrooms and showers.
An interior courtyard is a nice place for residents to enjoy the outdoors if they choose, and the private family room is available for care plan meetings and visits. The front lobby serves as a gathering place for conversation, spending time with family, or reading a good book.
