Wendy Souders

Vice President of Operations

Wendy joined the Christian Care Fellowship Square family in March 2026.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, she has called Arizona home since 1995. She began her career in senior living as a caregiver in a standalone memory care community, where she developed a strong foundation in resident-centered care. Over time, she gained experience across multiple departments, including dietary and sales, before advancing into regional operations leadership, Vice President of Operations, and, most recently, serving as Chief Operating Officer in senior living.

Wendy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and maintains administrator licenses in multiple states. Her professional background also includes finance within multifamily housing and acquisitions, bringing a well-rounded perspective to operations and strategic growth.

Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that compassion comes first, reflected in a quote by John C. Maxwell:
“People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and their nine children. As a family, they enjoy hiking, playing golf, and exploring new adventures together. She also has a strong passion for outreach and is actively involved in various ministries.

She is honored to be part of the Christian Care community and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members. Her goal is to ensure that every resident feels valued, supported, and truly at home.
