I started my journey at Christian Care as dining waitstaff, serving residents and learning firsthand what community really means. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to grow within the organization and see how deeply we care for seniors every single day. Now, as the Corporate Marketing Coordinator, I'm so grateful to be part of a team that believes in growing from within and staying true to our calling to serve.
We have the ability to leave a lasting mark on people who have been on this earth for a half-century, or even a whole century - those are the moments that I look forward to. To make a difference.
Being a caregiver is rewarding because it allows me to connect with and care for those who need it most. The best part of working at Christian Care is the resident connections, supportive teamwork, consistent schedules, and leadership that sincerely recognizes hard work.
I joined Fellowship Square Surprise in November 2020 as a server. I've worked my way up from there, and now I am the Activities Coordinator. Leadership has been so helpful, providing positive feedback and reassurance along the way. Working with our Residents is the best part - it's a fulfilling and heartfelt job.
