Assisted Living support that evolves with your needs
Everyone's needs are different, and we believe the care you receive should reflect that. At The Oasis, we take time to understand your preferences, daily routines, and individual needs to create a personalized service plan.
Our certified caregivers are available 24 hours a day to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other activities of daily living. As your needs change, your service plan can be adjusted to provide the appropriate level of support while encouraging independence and personal choice.

How Assisted Living Pricing Works
Our Assisted Living pricing includes two components: the monthly base rate and the level of care services a resident requires.
Assisted Living Base Rate
The base rate includes many everyday services and amenities such as three meals a day, weekly housekeeping and more.

Transparent Assisted Living pricing
Once the appropriate level of care is determined, the total monthly cost of Assisted Living is calculated by:
Apartment base rate + level of care services = total monthly cost
Monthly pricing, along with any additional fees such as move-in costs or deposits, is clearly outlined below, allowing you to make informed decisions without surprises.
Three levels of Assisted Living services
Every resident’s journey is unique. That’s why The Oasis offers three levels of Assisted Living services: Essential, Enhanced, and Elite, each tailored to meet changing needs with flexibility and understanding.
Our Assisted Living Manager conducts an assessment before admission to ensure each resident receives the right level of support from day one, and adjustments can be made if needs change over time.

LEVEL 1
Essential Services
With Essential services, our certified caregivers provide light assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry. Residents receiving Essential services must be able to ambulate without staff assistance, toilet, bathe, and dress independently, communicate needs, and make safety decisions appropriately.

LEVEL 2
Enhanced Services
Enhanced services provide moderate assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming and dressing, incontinence management, and medication reminders. Residents receiving Enhanced services must be able to summon help and communicate care needs to staff.

LEVEL 3
Elite Services
Elite services provide a higher level of assistance with activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting menu items in the dining room, and medication management. Residents who require Elite services may be unable to recognize danger, summon assistance, or make basic care decisions.

At The Oasis at Fellowship Square Surprise, your Base Monthly Rate includes a variety of amenities and services designed to support your comfort, convenience, and daily wellbeing.
Your monthly base rent includes:
Three meals daily in a full-service dining room
Planned social, recreational, and wellness activities
Certified caregivers available 24/7
Emergency call system
Weekly housekeeping & laundry
Helpany's AI-powered fall prevention technology
Utilities (including TV, telephone, & WiFi)
Second occupant base rate:
$750/month + Level of Care rate
Levels of Care (Added to Base Rate):
Essential: $1,200
Enhanced: $2,000
Elite: $2,500
Pharmacy management fee: $300/month
*A Pharmacy Management Fee applies if a resident uses a service other than our in-house pharmacy.
One-time fees due at move-in:
Community Fee (non-refundable): $3,500
Security Deposit (refundable): $1,350

The Oasis Assisted Living is proud to be a Helpany-Certified Community, using advanced technology to support residents' safety and independence.
This AI-powered fall prevention system, nicknamed “Paul,” monitors gait, sleep patterns, and movement to help identify changes in condition or increased fall risk - without cameras. If something appears out of the ordinary, our care team is notified immediately — allowing us to respond proactively and provide support when it’s needed most.
