At Reflections Memory Care in Surprise, we take a person-centered approach to caring for our residents with dementia. We focus on their daily comfort and anticipate their needs rather than responding to them. Our activities program is designed to help residents remain engaged and promote feelings of well-being.
Reflections Memory Care is a secured wing within The Oasis Assisted Living building that provides a safe and secure environment in a home-like setting. Common areas are designed to ensure safety and security while providing a warm atmosphere, with a great room and a secure outdoor courtyard. Residents gather in the great room for meals, activities, and socialization with other residents - all essential to maintaining their physical and mental health.
Comprehensive Dementia Care
We understand that caring for a loved one with dementia can be challenging, and we know the unique needs of seniors living with dementia. At Reflections, we provide Essential and Elite level services, which offer a high level of assistance with daily activities such as ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting menu items, eating, and medication administration.
With our commitment to providing exceptional care, you can have peace of mind knowing that your loved one's daily comfort and needs are our top priority.

Memory Care Floor Plans& Prices in Surprise
We offer private studios and companion suite options for a personalized living experience that caters to your loved one's needs. For some residents, sharing a suite is ideal, as having another person in the room can help reduce the anxiety caused by feeling alone.
Monthly Base Rate Includes:
| Medication administration | Three meals/day, plus 2 snacks |
| Planned social activities | Certified caregivers on staff 24/7 |
| Emergency call system | Weekly housekeeping & laundry |
| Utilities, cable TV & phone | Wellness & exercise program |
Monthly Rates for Memory Care Services
Following a personalized assessment with our nurse, a resident’s level of service is established to ensure the right support is in place. The monthly service rate is then added to the base rate of their chosen apartment.
Essential Services = $1,450 | Elite Services = $2,260 |

| One-time Community Fee (Non-refundable): $3,500 | Security Deposit (Refundable): $1,350 |
