Comprehensive dementia care, guided by training and compassion
Thoughtful Memory Care begins with compassionate, knowledgeable caregivers who understand the unique needs of people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. At Reflections, our team receives specialized dementia care training that builds the knowledge, empathy, and practical skills needed to provide thoughtful, person-centered support.
Caregivers are available 24 hours a day to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, mobility, dining, and other daily needs. Each resident's personalized care plan reflects their individual needs and can be adjusted as those needs change.

Reflections at Fellowship Square Surprise offers a secure, welcoming Memory Care neighborhood designed to support residents' safety, comfort, and wellbeing. Private living spaces and inviting common areas create a familiar, homelike environment where residents can enjoy daily activities, spend time with loved ones, and feel supported by compassionate caregivers.
Understanding Memory Care Pricing
Memory Care pricing at Reflections includes two components: the monthly base rate and the level of care services each resident requires.
The monthly base rate covers the apartment and a variety of services and amenities, listed below. The monthly service rate reflects the individualized support identified through each resident's health assessment and personalized care plan.
Calculate the cost of Memory Care
Once the appropriate level of Memory Care services is determined, the total monthly cost is calculated by combining two rates:
Base Monthly Rate + Monthly Service Rate = Total Monthly Cost
Monthly pricing, along with any additional fees such as move-in costs or deposits, is clearly outlined below to help residents and families plan with confidence.
Memory Care Services
Reflections offers two levels of Memory Care services, with support tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
Following a personalized assessment with our nurse, a resident’s level of service is established to ensure the right support is in place.

Essential Services
Essential Services provide light assistance with activities of daily living and everyday routines. Our certified caregivers provide personalized support based on each resident’s assessed needs, helping residents maintain as much independence as possible in their daily lives.

Elite Services
Elite Services provides a higher level of assistance with activities of daily living throughout the day. Our certified caregivers provide support with mobility, bathing, toileting, dressing, meal selection in the dining room, medication management, and other daily needs based on each resident’s personalized care plan.

Private studios and companion suites
We offer both private and companion suites, giving families options based on their loved one's preferences, needs, and budget. For some residents living with dementia, a companion suite can be especially comforting. Having another person nearby may provide a reassuring sense of companionship and help ease feelings of being alone, particularly during quieter times of the day or evening.

Reflections is a Helpany-Certified Community, using advanced technology to support residents' safety and independence.
This AI-powered fall prevention system, nicknamed “Paul,” monitors gait, sleep patterns, and movement to help identify changes in condition or increased fall risk - without cameras. If something appears out of the ordinary, our care team is notified immediately — allowing us to respond proactively and provide support when it’s needed most.
