How Assisted Living Pricing Works
Our Assisted Living pricing includes two components: the monthly apartment base rate and the level of care services a resident requires. This approach allows residents to choose the apartment that fits their lifestyle while receiving the right level of support from our caregiving team.
Total Monthly Cost = Apartment Base Rate + Care Level Services
Assisted Living Base Rate
The base rate is determined by the apartment home you choose. This monthly rate includes many everyday services and amenities designed to make daily life comfortable and convenient.
The Monthly Base Rate Includes:

Three Levels of Assisted Living Services
Our Assisted Living program offers three levels of support to ensure each resident receives the right level of assistance while continuing to enjoy comfort, connection, and daily life in our community. Before admission, our Assisted Living Manager will assess each resident and create a customized service plan tailored to their needs. As their needs change over time, our team works closely with each resident and their family to adjust services so they can continue living safely and comfortably in their apartment.
Essential Services | Level 1
With Essential services, certified caregivers provide basic assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Residents receiving this level of support typically ambulate independently, communicate their needs clearly, and make appropriate safety decisions while enjoying the comfort and connection of the community.
Enhanced Services | Level 2
With Enhanced services, residents receive all the support included in Essential services, along with increased assistance with activities of daily living. Certified caregivers may provide additional support with mobility, personal care, and medication assistance.
Elite Services | Level 3
With Elite services, residents receive a higher level of assistance throughout the day. Certified caregivers support residents with activities of daily living, including ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting meals in the dining room, and medication management.
Once the appropriate level of care is determined, the monthly cost of Assisted Living is calculated by combining the apartment base rate with the required level of care services. The table below shows the monthly base rates for each apartment style.
