Subsidized Assisted Living for Seniors
Assisted Living is perfect for seniors who need additional support in their day-to-day lives, but do not require the 24-hour skilled nursing care found in nursing centers.
If you or a loved one qualify for low-income or subsidized housing and need assisted living services, three of our communities provide these offerings and accept ALTCS benefits.
Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) is the State of Arizona’s Medicaid program, administered by AHCCCS. ALTCS provides long-term care services, at little or no cost, to financially and medically eligible Arizona residents who are 65 years of age or older, blind, disabled, and need ongoing services at a higher level of care. Certain program requirements about residency, age, disability, and citizenship status, as well as general guidelines for financial eligibility which includes resources and income, also apply.
