Subsidized Independent Living for Seniors

We have several options for affordable senior housing within the Christian Care and Fellowship Square family of communities. Our Phoenix, East Mesa, and Cottonwood properties provide low-income senior housing under the HUD Section 202 program. In addition, our Tucson and Historic Mesa communities offer 20% of their units for low-income seniors. 

Equal housing opportunity is afforded to all persons who are at least 62 years of age and who qualify under federal income standards.

Certain program requirements about residency, age, disability, and citizenship status, as well as general guidelines for financial eligibility which includes resources and income also apply.
