The Oasis at Fellowship Square
At The Oasis, we provide three levels of assisted living services: Supervisory, Personal, and Directed Care. Our programs include three meals daily in a full-service dining room, planned social activities, and certified caregivers on staff 24 hours a day. Each resident wears an emergency call button that, when activated, alerts the caregivers that the resident needs help.
We also offer Memory care, which we provide in our Reflections neighborhood, a secure unit on the third floor of The Oasis building.

Community Activities
The Life Enrichment Team is dedicated to creating a calendar of events that keeps our residents engaged and living a purposeful life. Our activities program provides residents with opportunities for socialization and activities to stay physically and mentally fit.
Three Levels of Assisted Living Services
LEVEL 1 – Supervisory Care
In Supervisory Care, our certified caregivers provide some assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry. Residents receiving Supervisory Care services must be able to ambulate without staff assistance, toilet, bathe and dress independently, communicate needs, and make safety decisions appropriately.
LEVEL 2 – Personal Care
In Personal Care, our certified caregivers provide moderate assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming and dressing, incontinence management, and medication reminders. Residents receiving Personal Care services must be able to summon assistance and communicate care needs to staff.
LEVEL 3 – Direct Care
In Direct Care, our certified caregivers provide a higher level of assistance with activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting menu items in the dining room, and medication management. Residents in Direct Care can sometimes not recognize danger, summon assistance or make basic care decisions.

Monthly rents are based on the level of care provided. Before admission, our Assisted Living Manager assesses each resident to determine which level of care will best fit their needs.
