Here, residents receive personalized care and meaningful engagement in a setting that promotes comfort, dignity, and peace of mind for both residents and their families. Our trained Memory Care team provides compassionate, around-the-clock support tailored to each resident’s needs. From assistance with daily routines to structured days that promote comfort and familiarity, our services are designed to reduce anxiety and enhance well-being.

Comprehensive Dementia Care from the Start

Before move-in, our nurse takes time to get to know your loved one, their needs, routines, and preferences. At admission, we review a personalized care plan together, so you feel informed, supported, and confident in the care your family member will receive. Care plans evolve as needs change, ensuring your loved one receives consistent support every step of the way.

Two Levels of Memory Care Services

We provide Essential and Elite level services, which offer a high level of assistance with daily activities such as ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting menu items, eating, and medication administration.

Daily life in Memory Care includes activities designed to encourage connection, stimulate the mind, and create moments of joy through music, movement, creative expression, and one-on-one interactions. With its own indoor common areas and a secure outdoor courtyard with a sensory garden, Reflections Memory Care offers a peaceful environment where residents are supported in living with purpose every day.

Smart Support in Memory Care

At Reflections, safety and compassion go hand in hand. As a Helpany Certified Community, our Memory Care neighborhood utilizes innovative technology to enhance resident well-being and provide families with peace of mind.

Helpany's AI-powered fall prevention system, nicknamed “Paul,” monitors movement, gait, and sleep patterns to help identify subtle changes that may signal an increased risk of fall or a change in condition. Paul works without cameras, so residents’ privacy and dignity are always protected.

If something unusual is detected, our care team is notified right away, allowing us to respond quickly and with the personal attention each resident deserves.

Monthly Rates for
Memory Care Services

Following a personalized assessment with our nurse, a resident’s level of service is established to ensure the right support is in place. The monthly service rate is then added to the base rate of their chosen apartment.

One-Time Fees Due Upon Move-in:

• Community Fee (non-refundable): $2,000
• Credit/Background Check (non-refundable): $30.00
