Jami Gross-Van Gysel

Jami Gross-Van Gysel is the Executive Director of Fellowship Square Surprise. She joined the Christian Care/Fellowship Square family in October 2017 as the Executive Director of the Phoenix and Cottonwood campuses. She transferred to the Surprise campus in July 2020.

Originally from Ohio, Jami earned her Bachelor’s degree at Ohio University. She has over 20 years of Sales, Marketing, and Operations experience in the Senior Living Industry.

One of Jami’s greatest strengths is her ability to connect with people. She loves teaching, motivating, leading, and mentoring. “To create a great company, we must all put service before self.
