Hamodi’s career began long before he even knew it. As a child he spent long hours in the kitchen learning from his mother that cooking can be used to express great love. As he grew up he traveled abroad and experienced different cultures and new cuisines. In his late teens in Tucson, Arizona Hamodi worked at several restaurants before becoming a General Manager of a steakhouse and deciding he wanted a formal culinary education. However, he never expected that we would get to personally cater to well known public figures such as Governor Fife Symington, Former Vice President Day Quayle and musical rapper Dr. Dre !

1991 Hamodi graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute with honors. It was there in Phoenix he cooked for popular resorts such as The Fairmont, Scottsdale Princess, Camelpack Marriot and The Boulders Resort. Coming full circle, he was asked to teach at Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1998 and Arizona Culinary Institute in 2002. Hamodi went on to open Sound Bites Grill as Executive Chef and Mariposa Grill as Consulting Chef in Sedona Arizona.

In the summer of 2013 the Siam family traveled from Brookings to Rapid City opening Mama Mia and Consulting on Brooking Convention Center along the way. Finally, Hamodi returned to his childhood home of Tucson Arizona and in 2020 he began his time at as Dining Manager at Fellowship Square Tucson.

Fellowship Square is a wonderful place to live. The amenities here are so great. The food is the best in the world. We chose the best place in Tucson to live and being a Christian Care community is so wonderful too.

Fellowship Square is resort style living without the resort style prices. I live in a safe and secure environment that gives me the freedom to be & to do whatever I choose whenever I choose to do it.

The courtyard setting of each villa gives me a sense of peace and tranquility where I can visit with my neighbors, take a leisurely walk, have a swim, practice my putting or just enjoy being out in nature.

I am in my 7th year as a Resident. I have a spacious, comfortable apartment; (why, my bedroom is 20 feet long with a huge Walk-in closet! Largest bedroom I ever had.) I have been treated with kindness, respect, and dignity. And, the food is delicious. Why would I live any place else?
