Eric Kirby

Director of Dining Services

Eric began his career with Fellowship Square in 2011, at the Phoenix campus. In the fall of 2021, he transferred to our Surprise campus to be closer to home. He is passionate about food and has dedicated his professional career to the hospitality industry.

Before earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition Management from Arizona State University, Eric honed his skills working for chefs at a variety of establishments.  Embarking on this journey, Eric found his calling; he knew he wanted to deliver delicious, high quality food to seniors within the community.

Using quality ingredients, he loves making meals from scratch for residents to enjoy. Eric says, "It is a blessing to become part of a person’s family. Cooking for the residents here at Fellowship Square has become just that. Not only do I provide an amazing meal but I get to know the stories about each of my residents."
