Short-term Rehab & Skilled Nursing

A New Chapter Begins: Our Transition to Short-Term Rehab for Seniors.

Christian Care Health Center was established in 1979 and was the first level of care offered on our Phoenix campus. And now, a new chapter begins as we shift our focus from long-term care to short-term rehab for seniors.

As part of this transition, we are excited to announce that the entire building will be renovated to provide a welcoming atmosphere and a renewed sense of community. You can read more about our transformation here.

Our dedication to providing the best care for our residents, staff, and families remains as strong as ever, and the legacy of care and faith that is its cornerstone will always remain.
