A Secure & Convenient Way to Manage Your Account Online
We are excited to share that your new Resident and Family Portal is now available! This secure online platform is designed to make staying connected, managing information, and accessing account details easier than ever.
Use the Portal Your Way
Participation is completely optional. The portal is simply another tool you can use at your convenience; whether that’s checking monthly statements, sending messages to our team, or making payments online - it's up to you!
Here’s what stays the same, no matter what:
- ACH payments you already have in place will continue to be processed automatically.
- Your rent and billing cycle will not change.
- Your existing payment method remains unchanged unless you choose to update it.
You’re welcome to use the portal to make one-time payments or set up auto-pay. Whether you pay using ACH, debit card, or credit card—it’s completely up to you.
If you prefer to mail a check or pay the way you always have, that’s perfectly fine! Nothing changes unless you choose to update it.
ACH / Auto-Pay
ACH (Electronic Bank Transfer) is the easiest fee-free way to pay online.
It automatically deducts your rent each month from your bank account on the date you select. Once it’s set up, you don’t have to lift a finger!
Already using ACH today? Great — it continues exactly as it always has, even if you never log into the portal.
Note: A security verification process is required when entering your bank information for the first time.
Debit & Credit Card Payments
You can also make payments with a debit or credit card. Please note that card payments include a standard processing fee set by the payment vendor. This fee is paid directly to the processor, not to Fellowship Square.
Service Fees Explained
Here is a quick breakdown:
- ACH (bank transfer): No fee
- Debit card: Processing fee applies
- Credit card: Processing fee applies
These fees are charged by the payment processor, not Fellowship Square, and will be displayed on your payment confirmation before you finalize the transaction.
Please note: All service fees are non-refundable, and an NSF fee may apply for insufficient funds.
Residents and designated family members can conveniently view and confirm the contact details we have on file, including phone number, email address, and mailing address.
The resident or family member designated as the
Primary Payer will have access to:
- Current account balance
- Monthly payer statements
- Secure online payment options
If you are a designated contact for more than one resident:
- Your portal invitation will allow you to access your profile page
- You can link yourself to all the residents you support
- Each time you log in, you can choose which resident’s information or services you’d like to view
Residents and designated family members can conveniently view and confirm the contact details we have on file, including phone number, email address, and mailing address.
You will need the following information to set up an account on the portal:
- Resident Name
- Name of Primary Payer
- Email: This email address will serve as your User ID for logging in.
This information should match what is currently in your Resident file. If anything needs to be updated, please call our office at 928-634-7571, and we will be happy to assist you.
You will receive an email invitation to access the portal. Once you complete the account activation steps, you can log in anytime through the Fellowship Square website.
Important Notes About Payer Access
- Only the Primary Payer can view balances and make online payments.
- If a resident has multiple individuals contributing to payment, those individuals must either:
- Pay by check, or
- Coordinate payment through one designated Primary Payer using the portal.
