From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have continued to closely follow guidelines set forth by the CDC, AZDHS, and Maricopa County Department of Public Health.

COVID-19 Tools & Resources

Guidance for Assisted Living Settings

Masks are still required in Assisted Living, regardless of vaccination status. Additionally, Assisted Living visitors and staff will still be required to check in and complete a health screening before entry.

It is important to note, that these policies are subject to change with or without notice, should an outbreak of COVID-19 reoccur, or updated guidelines change, further restrictions may be reinstated.
