We are excited to share that your new Resident and Family Portal is now available! This secure online platform is designed to make staying connected, managing information, and accessing account details easier than ever.
Review & Update Contact Information
Residents and designated family members can conveniently view and confirm the contact details we have on file, including phone number, email address, and mailing address.
Communicate With Our Team
Send secure messages to our community staff for questions related to billing, account support, and general inquiries.
The resident or family member designated as the Primary Payer will have access to:
- Current account balance
- Monthly payer statements
- Secure online payment options
ACH Transactions
- No fee to pay directly from your bank account
- A security verification process is required when entering your bank information for the first time.
Debit Card Payments
Service fees apply based on payment amount:
- $3.95 for payments under $1,000
- $4.95 for payments of $1,000 – $1,999.99
- $9.95 for payments of $2,000 or more
Credit Card Payments
- A 2.5% service fee of the total payment will be applied
Auto-Pay Options
- Never miss a payment! You may set up monthly Auto-Pay using any of the above payment methods.
Please note: All service fees are non-refundable, and an NSF fee may apply for insufficient funds.
If you are a designated contact for more than one resident:
- Your portal invitation will allow you to access your profile page
- You can link yourself to all the residents you support
- Each time you log in, you can choose which resident’s information or services you’d like to view
You will need the following information to set up an account:
- Resident Name
- Name of Primary Payer
- Email: This email address will serve as your User ID for logging in.
This information should match what is currently in your Resident file. If anything needs to be updated, please call our office at (480) 436-5122, and we will be happy to assist you.
You will receive an email invitation to access the portal. Once you complete the account activation steps, you can log in anytime through the Fellowship Square website.
Important Notes About Payer Access
- Only the Primary Payer can view balances and make online payments.
If a resident has multiple individuals contributing to payment, those individuals must either:
- Pay by check, or
- Coordinate payment through one designated Primary Payer using the portal.
If you need to update who is listed as the Primary Payer, please contact our office for assistance.
Please note: Using the online portal is optional. You may continue making check payments if you prefer.
