Jenni Esquivel is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Service and Communication, bringing more than 17 years of experience as an advocate and trusted resource for residents and their families. Her dedication to supporting each person’s needs is grounded in both her education and her compassionate, people-first approach.

Jenni is passionate about helping individuals feel informed, confident, and supported. She has developed a strong understanding of the challenges people may face when navigating healthcare and life transitions, allowing her to provide thoughtful guidance and meaningful support within the community.

Throughout her career, Jenni has led a variety of initiatives focused on education and connection, including coordinating events and support groups that empower individuals to stay engaged and involved in their decisions. She is known for building genuine relationships and creating an environment where residents feel heard, respected, and at ease.
