In-Home Supportive Services
Sometimes, a little extra support is all you need.
Our Resident Services team is here to help you stay active, confident, and independent for as long as possible. We bring support right to your door — from daily assistance to thoughtful encouragement that helps you step out, connect, and take full advantage of the programs and opportunities available throughout the community.

Resident Services can be coordinated for daily, weekly, or monthly support.
Wellness Checks
Flat Rate: $25.00
☐ Check Resident welfare - Once daily
☐ Encourage fluids/food
☐ Check vitals (blood pressure, pulse oximetry)
☐ Observe if R-Care pendant or watch is on
☐ Check if the phone is charged
☐ Medication reminders - Once daily
Personal Care
$25.00 / 30 minutes
☐ Stand-by assist with showers
☐ Brush/comb hair
☐ Stand-by assist with dressing
☐ Assist with compression stockings
Transportation
☐ Campus escort services (To dining, activities, beauty salon): $10.00
☐ Transportation one-way: $20.00
☐ Transportation Round-trip, within 10 miles: $35.00
☐ Transportation Round-trip, outside 10 miles: $45.00
Additional Housekeeping
Flat rate: $45.00
☐ Dusting, sweeping/vacuuming, rotating mattress
☐ Light bathroom/kitchen cleaning
☐ Fridge interior clean & expiration review (1 hour service)
☐ Oven deep clean
☐ Home organization support
☐ Empty trash bins: $5.00 for up to 2 bags, each additional: $2.00.
Laundry Services Pickup & Delivery
☐ Laundry: $15/load (Picked up, delivered, put away)
☐ Bed linen change: $10.00
☐ Bio laundry: extra $10.00/load
☐ Laundry detergent extra: $5.00/load
Pet Services
☐ Pet walk: $10.00
☐ Litter change: $10.00
Additional Services
☐ Limited tech assistance: $25.00/hour
☐ Meal prep: $20.00
☐ Mail/Cubby pickup: $10.00
☐ Companionship/socialization: $25.00/hour
Additional services may be available with prior notice. A $15 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations without 24-hour notice.
