In-Home Supportive Services
Sometimes, a little extra support is all you need.
At Fellowship Square Tucson, we offer a full range of in-home services from which to choose. Whether you are recovering from an illness, have returned home from a hospital stay, or would simply like extra housekeeping, we have you covered.
Resident Services can be coordinated for daily, weekly, or monthly support.
Wellness Checks
$20/min. or $45/hour
☐ Check Resident welfare
☐ Encourage fluids/food
☐ Check vitals (blood pressure, pulse oximetry)
☐ Observe if RCare pendant or watch is on
☐ Check if the phone is charged
☐ Medication reminders
Personal Care
$10/15 mins or $30/hour
☐ Stand-by assist with shower
☐ Brush/comb hair
☐ Assisting with clothing/dressing
☐ Foot care (compression stockings)
Transportation
☐ Campus escort services (via wheelchair; Walking assistance to campus activities): $10.00
☐ Accompany services to appointments (must be scheduled ahead): $35.00 per hour
☐ Transportation to local stores: $20.00 (pick-up & drop-off)
☐ Pickup/drop off: $15.00 each way (pharmacy, post office)
☐ Pickup pre-ordered groceries or prescriptions: $15.00 each way
☐ Transportation for appointments out of the local area (charged by the mile and an additional hourly charge for the caregiver)
Housekeeping
$10/15 mins or $45/hour
☐ Dusting, sweeping/vacuuming, rotating mattress
☐ Light bathroom/kitchen cleaning
☐ Fridge interior clean & expiration review (1 hour service)
☐ Oven deep clean
☐ Home organization support
☐ Water plants
☐ Empty trash bins: $5 for up to 2 bags, additional bags, $2 each.
Laundry Services Pickup & Delivery
☐ Laundry: $15/load
☐ Bed linen change: $10
☐ Bio laundry: extra $10/load
☐ Laundry detergent extra: $3.00/load
☐ Dry cleaner drop-off and delivery: $10
Pet Services
☐ Pet walk: $10

Additional Services
