Our Location
A Retirement Community as Thriving and Welcoming as Downtown Mesa
Residents often tell us they feel more connected and more at ease here than they did living alone. With fewer responsibilities and a vibrant, supportive community around you, life starts to feel a little lighter — and a lot more enjoyable.

And being in the heart of downtown Mesa only adds to that experience. With walkable streets, arts and culture, great restaurants, and local events, there’s always something to enjoy just beyond our campus.
Just steps from campus, you’ll find Main Street’s restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and cultural highlights like the Mesa Arts Center, the Public Library, and the Arizona Museum of Natural History. Whether you’re meeting friends for lunch, catching a show, or exploring a new exhibit, it’s all right here.
Our neighborhood also knows how to have a good time! MLB Spring Training is huge in Mesa, and both nearby stadiums bring excitement to our doorstep.
- Sloan Park, home of the Chicago Cubs, is less than 10 minutes away at Mesa Riverview.
- Hohokam Stadium, where the Oakland A’s play, is close enough to walk to for an afternoon game.
Accessible Transit, Right Outside Your Door
The Metro Light Rail has three convenient stops near campus, and several Valley Metro bus routes run right through downtown. Even better, the City of Mesa’s free Downtown Buzz stops directly in front of our community, connecting you to local attractions like the Mesa Arts Center, the Public Library, and more. It runs every 30 minutes on weekdays and every 60 minutes on Saturdays.
