Exercise and Fitness
Staying physically active is crucial to our good health, particularly as we age. We are pleased to offer health and fitness programs designed specifically for seniors and offered under the supervision of a trained fitness instructor. These fitness services are a benefit of being a resident and there is no additional charge.
Fellowship Square Historic Mesa's Wellness Coordinator works with residents in strength training, stretching, posture and a mind / body connection, all of which are affected by aging.
Reducing fall risk is a key goal for every resident. Our Wellness Coordinator evaluates fall risks for each resident and incorporates the right exercises in their routine to help them grow stronger and develop better balance. Check out tips to reduce falls.
