Roxanne Rodriguez is a Sales Counselor at Fellowship Square Mesa with a passion for serving seniors and helping families navigate one of life’s most meaningful transitions. Her background includes behavioral health, residential care, senior living, and real estate, where she has had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life.
Guided by her Christian faith and her studies in psychology, Roxanne is committed to treating every resident and family with compassion, dignity, and respect. She strives to create a welcoming experience where people feel heard, supported, and confident as they discover a place to call home.
Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her family, staying active through fitness, camping, boating, exploring new restaurants, and growing in her faith.
