AI-Powered Fall Prevention
The Oasis Assisted Living is proud to be a Helpany Certified Community, using advanced technology to support resident safety and independence. Our AI-powered fall prevention system, nicknamed “Paul,” monitors gait, sleep patterns, and movement to help identify changes in condition or fall risk. If something seems out of the ordinary, our care team is notified immediately, allowing us to respond faster when residents need help.
Community Activities
The Life Enrichment Team is dedicated to creating a calendar of events that keeps our residents engaged and living with purpose. Our activities program provides residents with opportunities for socialization and activities to stay physically and mentally fit.
Three Levels of Assisted Living Services
We provide three levels of assisted living services: Supervisory, Personal, and Directed Care. Our programs include three meals daily in a full-service dining room, planned social activities, and certified caregivers on staff 24 hours a day. Each resident wears an emergency call button that, when activated, alerts the caregivers that the resident needs help.
LEVEL 1 – Supervisory Care
In Supervisory Care, our certified caregivers provide light assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry. Residents receiving Supervisory Care services must be able to ambulate without staff assistance, toilet, bathe, and dress independently, communicate needs, and make safety decisions appropriately.
LEVEL 2 – Personal Care
In Personal Care, our certified caregivers provide moderate assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming and dressing, incontinence management, and medication reminders. Residents receiving Personal Care services must be able to summon assistance and communicate care needs to staff.
LEVEL 3 – Direct Care
In Direct Care, our certified caregivers provide a higher level of assistance with activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting menu items in the dining room, and medication management. Residents in Direct Care can sometimes not recognize danger, summon assistance, or make basic care decisions.
